Handle employee inquiries and support workplace engagement initiativesContribute to organizational development projects and process improvementsCoordinate with overseas management team on HR mattersBridge communication between local operations and overseas managementRequirements3-5 years HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environments. exposure to change/growth environments will be a huge advantage.
