Our prestigious list of clients includes embassies, universities, and high-profile personalities.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our growing team. As the sole HR professional in a small but dynamic company, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of human resources — from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and compliance. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day HR operations management.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.Coordinate and enhance new employee onboarding and orientation programs.Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, performance issues, and conflict resolution.Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.HR Policy & Compliance:Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, etc.).Team Building and Workplace Culture Development:Team Offsites or RetreatsValues-Based WorkshopsVolunteer Days or Charity DrivesPeer Recognition and Awards CeremoniesMonthly Team Lunches or Happy HoursEnd of Year and Birthday CelebrationsPayroll & Benefits Administration:Liaise with payroll and benefits providers; manage employee enrollments and changes.Answer employee questions related to compensation, benefits, and time off.Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities.Support professional development and internal growth initiatives.HR Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Provide reports and metrics to support decision-making.Procure and maintain biometric time reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of progressive HR experience; experience in a small business or startup is a plus.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Why Join Us:We value collaboration, creativity, and authenticity.
