As Bobby Jones said, “The secret of golf is to turn three shots into two.” That same pursuit of excellence defines everything we do.The Support Center, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, is seeking the addition of a Human Resource Assistant who will be responsible for providing clerical support to the Human Resources department and to our clubs. This is an in-office and full-time position.Primary Responsibilities Of This Role IncludeRecurring communications to clubs regarding I-9/E-verify, required trainings, and other important memosGenerating reports in Paycom to efficiently complete related tasksConducting background checks as requestedProviding administrative support during club onboarding/offboardingCoordinating office staff activities (monthly team lunches, birthdays, holiday events)Administering garnishments and unemploymentQuarterly and Monthly Bureau and Labor Statistics reportingOrdering and replenishing office suppliesMaintaining team member access to company toolsResponding to employment verificationsSorting and distributing mailAssisting in maintaining the applicant tracking system and responding to job opportunity inquiriesAnswering phone calls and emails relating to policies and procedures, Paycom, etc.Other duties as assigned
