ResponsibilityServe as the HRBP for the HK overseas HQ, ensuring alignment of Group policies, reporting, and regional people strategies.Provide strategic counsel on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations to meet business objectives. Translate strategic staffing needs into actionable hiring plans and monitor recruitment to ensure adherence to approved headcount and structure.Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and employer branding initiatives to secure critical talent segments and fuel growth.Manage and execute annual compensation reviews, bonus projections, and overall HR budget, strictly adhering to global HQ financial guidelines.Champion talent development and culture-building programs to enhance organizational capability and team cohesion.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.5+ years of HR experience, with a strong preference for HRBP or HR Lead background.Expert knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and local labor law.Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, including annual salary review and bonus administration cycles.Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational (hands-on) levels
