Function: People & CultureReports to: People & Culture DirectorLocation: NIRole SummaryThe HR Business Partner plays a key role in supporting the People & Culture (P&C) function by delivering effective and consistent HR services across assigned business areas. This position provides trusted guidance on HR policies, processes, and employee matters, ensuring alignment with company values and business priorities.The role contributes to the implementation of people-focused initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle and supports workforce programs that enhance employee experience, promote compliance, and drive organisational success. Acting as a vital link between P&C and the wider business, the HR Business Partner helps deliver operational excellence and fosters a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations issues.Support the implementation of people initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion programs.Partner with managers to effectively apply performance management processes and drive a culture of continuous feedback and growth.Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise (e.g., Learning & Capabilities, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development) to coordinate and execute HR projects.Conduct functional talent review sessions at operational levels and provide the P&C Manager with key functional insights.Support the P&C Manager on initiatives related to culture, change management, new ways of working, and engagement action plans.Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to build capabilities, support performance, and strengthen organisational development.Prepare documentation and provide support for employee relations cases, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent practices.Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to data reporting and insights to support informed business decisions.Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, enhance efficiency, and improve employee experience.Support communication, engagement, and rollout of People & Culture programs and change initiatives across the business.Essential SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous learning attitude.Confidence in managing sensitive or complex discussions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Collaborative team player with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.DesirableCompleted vocational training with additional qualifications in Human Resources or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist or HR business partnering capacity.Strong foundational knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Experience using Workday, SAP, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in a production or warehouse environment is advantageous.At Coca-Cola HBC, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
