We’re hiring an HR Business Partner in Jeddah to support a high-performing business unit inside a multi‑billion‑dollar company. You’ll be the go-to partner on employee relations, policy, performance, and manager coaching balancing commercial pace with strong governance.What you’ll be doingOwn and lead employee relations cases end-to-end (conduct, grievance, disciplinary, performance, absence, investigations)Coach managers on best-practice people decisions and documentation (clear, defensible, consistent)Partner with leadership on org health: engagement, retention risks, culture, and capabilitySupport policy interpretation and ensure consistent application across the businessSpot patterns in ER issues and turn them into practical fixes (training, process, manager routines)Work closely with COEs (Talent, Rewards, L&D) to deliver day-to-day HRBP supportWhat we’re looking for3+ years’ HR experience with strong exposure to employee relations (HRBP / HR Generalist / ER Specialist background)Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at different levelsSolid understanding of KSA labour practices (and how to apply them in real situations)Calm under pressure, discreet, fair, and documentation-strongEnglish required; Arabic a strong advantage (depending on stakeholder group)
