Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Program Manager / Consultant to lead the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives focused on strengthening leadership capabilities within the non-profit sector.This role combines program management and leadership development expertise, requiring a professional who can both design impactful leadership programs and manage their implementation.The consultant will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver structured leadership development programs that support organizational and sector growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign leadership development programs tailored to the needs of non-profit leaders.Develop leadership competency frameworks and training modules.Facilitate leadership workshops, training sessions, and development activities.Manage the overall program lifecycle including planning, scheduling, and coordination.Engage with program participants and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.Monitor program progress and evaluate leadership development outcomes.Contribute to reports and recommendations related to leadership capacity building.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.8+ years of professional experience in leadership development, executive training, or capacity-building initiatives.Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Experience managing training programs or development initiatives.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with non-profit organizations or social sector initiatives.Experience in consulting, training institutions, or development programs.Background in organizational development or leadership coaching.Key SkillsLeadership developmentTraining program designWorkshop facilitationProgram managementStakeholder engagementCapacity building
