Job SummaryManage corporate office payroll and HR operations while supporting government relations across Saudi Arabia. Ensure compliance with company policy, local labor law and Ministry of Health requirements; support recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, training, performance, employee relations and HR quality control as needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage accurate, timely corporate payroll processing and resolve payroll issuesMaintain corporate HR operations: records, contracts, filing, HRIS updates and manpower budgetingEnsure compliance with labor law, Ministry of Health and other regulatory requirements for Saudi Arabia.Support government relations activities (visas, work permits, Saudization/Nitaqat, regulatory reporting) for all KSA locationsCoordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding for corporate hires and assist branch HR as requiredAdminister training, performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives for corporate staffHandle corporate-level grievances and support consistent HR practices across branchesProvide quality control and reporting on HR metrics and complianceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree5–7+ years HR experience with demonstrated payroll & HR operations experience (7+ preferred)In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, MOH regulations and government processes (visas, Saudization)Fluent Arabic & English; proficient with HRIS and MS OfficeStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with payroll systems and multi-location compliance; healthcare accreditation awareness preferred
