Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting key HR operational functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying and attracting top talent, maintaining HR processes, and ensuring efficient HR operations that support overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, and hiring effectiveness.Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Support the administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and records.Support employee relations activities by addressing routine HR inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies.Assist in managing leave records, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.Prepare HR reports, maintain HR metrics, and assist with audits or compliance requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or general HR roles.Knowledge of recruitment techniques and HR best practices.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.Experience supporting HR operations in a growing or multi-department organization.Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and HR reporting.
