The ideal candidate will have experience in sales HR role. This candidate should work closely with sales leaders to maintain high standards employee engagement and hiring right talent for business growth. ResponsibilitiesActing as a strategic advisor to drive business resultsAct as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives within the sales teamEnsure end to end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Frontliners on third party payroll Facilitate training and development programs to build management capability and improve sales staff skillsDrive interventions to keep employees engagedManaging performance management process for the respective stakeholdersQualificationsHaving MBA Degree2 - 3 years of experience as HRBP along with experience in handling sales workforceStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Stakeholder Management
