The role involves supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines, and contributing to a positive and effective work environment.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR PoliciesKnowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits AdministrationStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work settingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in HR roles, particularly in wellness or clinical research fields, is a plus
