This role will be mostly remote and part-time, with the goal of transitioning to full-time!Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle onboarding, including new-hire paperwork and orientation Support performance management, safety initiatives, and training needs as requiredAdminister company benefits programs; coordinate enrollments, changes, and employee supportServe as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, delivering responsive and solutions-focused supportRespond to employee payroll and timekeeping questionsLead employee relations activities, including investigationsQualifications:3-5 years of HR experienceExperience with onboarding and benefitsGreat communication skills
