As an Associate Senior HRIS, you will be responsible for providing the HR systems support. If career growth is important to you, we not only know how to help you with that, it’s what we love to do: https://youtu.be/PUqzuWryYcU WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGHRIS Service Delivery (85%)Support to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system/data issues through Servicenow Tickets.Provide day-to-day HR System support to answer incoming requests and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.Prepare and process HR service requests actions as needed in a timely manner, ensure data integrity, and follow up as necessary to assure completion of actionsMaintain data dictionary definitions, documentation and support guides. Other tasks as assigned by the manager. Others (15%)Support HR projects related to HRISProduce reports and handle assigned tasks. Provide administrative support to the HRIS team as appropriate with a variety of administrative tasks and assignments.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEIf you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.1-2 years of experience in HRIS management and providing a broad range of customer-focused HRIS services. Fundamental computer skills using various technology tools and applications such as HR Information Systems, case management systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, …Ability to engage and interact with customers; Customer focusExperience interacting effectively and diplomatically with others and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within a diverse environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and Prioritization skillStrong Problem-solving, analytical, Decision Making, and judgment skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work (documents, reports, correspondence) that is concise, logical, and grammatically correct.
