Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for our large-scale corporate operations (300+ employees). This critical role is responsible for creating business impact by designing and executing strategic hiring plans, building a robust employer brand, and driving the development of efficient HR policies.Responsibilities:Participate in developing recruitment plans for departments/divisions or member units.Directly implement recruitment and interview processes for positions according to the approved plan.Manage and optimize the candidate database.Collaborate with departments/divisions to develop job descriptions (JDs) for specific titles.Coordinate with HR staff in developing staffing norms/headcount or organizational structure diagrams (if necessary).Build and manage recruitment channels and employer branding through media tools, and negotiate/evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment partners (online/offline/headhunt).Support other departments in the process of training new employees (CBNV) and continuously interact with and support employees during the first 6 months of employment.Participate in developing, amending, and supplementing (if necessary) procedures, regulations, and forms related to recruitment, and participate in building recruitment policies.Manage and monitor the performance of Company employees (monitoring individual KPIs).Propose and track the succession planning development plan.Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.Qualifications:Education: University graduate. Preference for relevant majors.Foreign Language: Good proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC: 650 or equivalent language certificates).IT Skills: Proficient in office computing (Microsoft Office, etc.).Other: Preference for candidates skilled in using Photoshop, After Effect.Minimum 4 years of experience in an equivalent position.
