The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including policy development, employee benefits management, and personnel administration. Additional responsibilities include learning about HR best practices, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace efficiency. Qualifications Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesUnderstanding of HR Management and creating or supporting HR PoliciesFamiliarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel ManagementStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in a remote work environmentAn eagerness to learn and contribute to HR-related projectsEnrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
