Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Development Executive, based in Colombo. The Training Development Executive will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing and implementing training programs, and facilitating workshops or training sessions. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness, preparing reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development techniquesStrong Presentation Skills and excellent Interpersonal SkillsAnalytical Skills to assess training impact and recommend improvementsGood organizational and time management abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related fieldRelevant experience in training and development roles is a plus
