We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Colombo. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be a strategic partner to the business, driving recruitment efforts across all functions, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the FMCG business Drive employer branding initiatives to position the Company as an employer of choice Implement data-driven recruiting practices using ATS and analytics Lead and mentor a small team of recruitment specialists Build strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all hiring processes Requirements5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a fast-paced consumer-focused industry Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with ATS tools and talent analytics Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment Passion for building great teams and a people-first culture
