Job Description

We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, looking for a Senior Executive - Learning and Development for a leading service sector company based in Colombo.Learning & DevelopmentDesign, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans. Partner with department heads to design career progression frameworks and leadership programs. Manage e-learning platforms, training budgets, and external vendor relationships. Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure recruitment processes are equitable, efficient, and aligned with company culture.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in L&D, with hands-on exposure to recruitment. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.)
