As we continue to grow our team and expand our operations, we are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will help us build a people-first culture and strengthen our internal structure.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
