The HR Manager will oversee and manage the organization's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing performance appraisals, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.QualificationsProficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce PlanningStrong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Policy DevelopmentComprehensive knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Best PracticesExperience in Performance Management, Training, and DevelopmentLeadership, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretionBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification is a plus.Arabic, Kurdish & English languages (Speaking, Writing).
