You’ll act as our trusted HR lead on the ground- partnering closely with global leadership while ensuring an exceptional employee experience locally.What You’ll DoLead Hiring & GrowthDrive end-to-end recruitment for Costa Rica, partnering closely with global HR and hiring managers.Support rapid team growth by identifying strong talent, coordinating interviews, and managing offers/onboarding.Help build our employer brand locally.Shape Culture & Employee ExperienceChampion our company culture, values, and engagement initiatives.Be the go-to person for employee relations, wellbeing, and day-to-day HR support.Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.Run HR Operations SmoothlyManage onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR administration.Ensure compliance with Costa Rican labour law and internal HR policies.Maintain accurate employee records and support performance review cycles.Support Office Setup & Local OperationsAssist in sourcing and setting up our future permanent office space in Costa Rica.Coordinate with vendors and global operations to create a modern, engaging workplace.Ensure local operations meet safety and regulatory standards.What We’re Looking For5+ years of HR experience in Costa Rica, including hands-on HR generalist or HR manager work.Strong understanding of Costa Rican labour law and HR best practices.Experience supporting fast-growing teams or international companies is a plus.Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.Fluent in Spanish and English.Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently. Why You’ll Love Working With UsYou’ll play a key part in building a new hub for a growing international organisation.Lots of autonomy and trust - your ideas and leadership will shape our success in Costa Rica.A collaborative global team that cares deeply about culture, people, and long-term growth.Apply NowIf you’re an HR professional who loves building teams, elevating culture, and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
