Human Resources Manager (Standalone / Generalist) – Creative Industry Experience RequiredOur client is seeking a highly capable Human Resources Manager for a standalone, true generalist role supporting their team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with leadership, shaping every aspect of the HR function - from operational excellence to strategic input - in a business where creativity and innovation are at the heart of everything they do.Responsibilities:Serve as a hands-on HR generalist, managing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices tailored for a creative, fast-paced environmentSupport and coach managers and employees in all HR matters—ensuring compliance as well as a positive workplace cultureLead talent acquisition efforts and partner with creative leadership on organizational design, staffing priorities, and succession planning Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and data reporting for UK-based staff Drive initiatives around DEI, employee engagement, and ongoing learning relevant to the creative sector Requirements:Proven experience in a creative or digital/marketing environment.Exposure to UK employment law, payroll, and HR practices.
