The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, implementing hiring strategies, and strengthening employer branding. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and developing recruitment plans to meet the organization’s staffing needs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong skills in full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboardingExtensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitmentExperience in developing and implementing employer branding strategiesAbility to work on-site in ASEANA, ParañaqueAmenable to start as soon as possible
