Working from our Tatura site, as our HR Officer, you’ll play a hands-on role across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, development, and performance.You’ll partner closely with leaders and team members to deliver great people experiences and help shape a workplace where everyone can thrive. Working alongside an experienced and approachable People Team, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and be supported to build your capability and confidence as a true HR generalist.This role is perfect for someone who is excited by variety, values genuine connections, and is ready to take the next step in their HR journey with a team that’s invested in your success.What You’ll Be DoingBased at our Tatura site, no two days will look the same in this diverse and hands-on role. You’ll be involved across the full spectrum of HR, with opportunities to learn, contribute, and make an impact. Key areas include:Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Take the lead on casual recruitment across the group and support permanent hiring. Deliver great first impressions through seamless onboarding and engaging new starter onboarding.Employee Relations: Partner with our HR Business Partners to support team member performance, engagement, and wellbeing - gaining valuable experience in employee relations along the way.Employee Engagement: Be part of rolling out new initiatives that strengthen connection, culture, and belonging across our teams.Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Champion a safe and supportive workplace by contributing to health, safety, and wellbeing programs, including exposure to our online safety system and injury management.Continuous Improvement & HR Operations: Help refine and enhance our HR processes to keep us efficient, people-focused, and aligned with best practice.HR Projects & Reporting: Collaborate on people-related projects and assist with monthly HR reporting to support decision-making and business outcomes.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who’s passionate about people and eager to grow their HR career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
