As a Training and Knowledge Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and maintaining the Knowledge Management platforms for the Service Delivery Division. This includes facilitating engaging learning sessions, ensuring knowledge is accessible, and helping staff apply new skills effectively.The role focuses on continuously improving training delivery and knowledge systems to meet the evolving needs of the division and align with organisational goals. By fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, the specialist supports employee development and enhances overall performance.Day To Day, You'llDeliver engaging and effective training sessions tailored to the needs of the business.Facilitate onboarding, technical training, and upskilling programs for employees.Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create high quality learning and knowledge content suitable for blended learning offerings.Support teams to develop training and knowledge management artefacts to support SFTs.Support and maintain the Knowledge Management platform to ensure it remains accessible and reliable.Identify opportunities to improve training delivery and knowledge systems including stakeholder feedback.Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.Work closely with managers and team leaders to understand training needs and knowledge gaps.Partner with stakeholders to design and implement tailored learning solutions.Maintain advanced technical superannuation and ART product knowledge to ensure the quality of support provided is consistent and accurate.Ensure learning materials and resources are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with organisational objectives.This role is available as a 6-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:Proven experience in delivering training programs, including facilitation of onboarding and upskilling initiatives.Experience in creating and curating training content and resources.Hands-on experience in maintaining and improving knowledge management systems and self-service platforms.Demonstrated ability to gather feedback and use it to refine training and knowledge-sharing practices.Understanding of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.Knowledge of learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.Strong Written and verbal communication skills to create clear, engaging learning content and instructions.Be comfortable with travel between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne & in-office attendance full time during training periods.About UsOur 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
