Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.Lead HR-related projects (process improvements, technology implementations, and system optimizations) using traditional and agile methodologies.Create detailed process maps to illustrate existing workflows, bottlenecks, and future-state improvements using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.Document new business processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and create job aids to support process adoption.Partner with HR leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.Monitor and track progress against key milestones, dependencies, and risk factors, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.Prepare and present progress updates, executive summaries, and outcome reports to stakeholders.Develop communication and change management plans to ensure transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Leverage data to track and measure the impact of process improvements, closing business cases where applicable.
