Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist based in Tripoli, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiting Specialist will contribute to employer branding strategies and collaborate with the HR team to support talent acquisition initiatives and company growth. Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices.Experience in Hiring, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise between candidates, hiring managers, and teams.Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.Organizational and time-management skills to meet recruitment goals efficiently.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.Experience in technology-driven industries or virtual solutions is a plus.
