Role Description This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist. Based in Gold Coast, QLD, the role involves managing HR processes both on-site and through remote work. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, managing personnel, and ensuring HR operations align with organizational goals. The Human Resources Specialist will also assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting employee relations. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations, including talent acquisition and employee relationsExperience with HR Management and the implementation of HR strategiesStrong knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to ensure complianceExpertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel ManagementExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with remote work tools is an advantage
