If your ideal day is half on the road, half on the phone and zero time spent pretending to look busy… you’re in the right place.We’re Surface Rescue – we specialise in exterior cleaning, epoxy flooring and concrete resurfacing that genuinely changes how properties look and feel.Right now, the landscape is wide open: most providers in this space are small, fragmented operators with average communication, slow follow-up and hit-and-miss quality. Larger brands, builders and property groups are screaming out for reliable partners who turn up, do what they say, and make them look good.We’re ready to be that partner. We just need a hungry BDM in Adelaide to open the doors and lock in the relationships.You’ll get a strong base, proper commissions, a budget to take clients out – and a clear path into a bigger role as we scale nationally.💰 The DealThis isn’t “70k base and hope your commissions work out”. We’re backing the right person properly.Base salary: $110,000 + superOTE:Around $160k total package when you’re bringing in roughly $2M/year in B2B revenueAround $200k+ total package when you’re bringing in roughly $3.2M/yearUncapped commissions if you want to push beyond that — your earnings move with the revenue you generateKPI bonuses in your first 6 months to support you while you’re building pipelineClient hospitality & networking budget – coffees, lunches, events, golf days etc. to actually win and keep key accounts (on us, not you)$2,500 sign-on bonus after 6 months (once we both know it’s a great fit)$5,000 annual training & development fund for courses, conferences, coaching – anything that makes you sharperCompany car, fuel card, phone & laptop includedFull-time role based in Adelaide.You build the revenue — you share in the upside.🧠 Who This Is ForThis is not for someone who wants to sit on inbound leads and “check in with the pipeline” once a week.This is for someone who:Has real sales experience (BDM, account manager, field sales, etc.)Is comfortable cold calling, door knocking and following up without being babysatWants to build something – not just inherit a warm portfolio and collect a wageIs aiming for $150k–$200k+ and knows that comes from performance, not vibesMaybe you’ve:Sold B2B in trades, construction, real estate, facilities, or home improvementWorked with builders, property managers, strata, commercial clientsBeen stuck in a slow-moving corporate where your ideas went to die in your managers inbox.If you’ve ever thought:“Give me the right product and some autonomy and I’ll blow this up…”…this is that role.🏠 What You’ll Be DoingThis is a hybrid role — part office, part home, part on the road.You’ll be building our B2B book of business across:Builders & construction companiesReal estate agents & property managersStrata / body corporateCommercial & industrial clientsYour week will look like:Cold calling businesses, councils and property managersBooking face to face meetings to build rapportQuoting work using our proven 3-tier restoration and coating systemsFollowing up fast and closingTurning one-off jobs into ongoing relationships and repeat workAttending networking events and industry functions to build visibility and open doorsLogging activity & pipeline properly so we both know what’s comingYour time is spent in conversations, not buried in admin.🧱 What You’re Walking IntoThis isn’t a comfy “here’s 100 existing accounts, don’t stuff it up” role.You’re stepping into a market where:Most competitors are small, fragmented operatorsAverage communication and slow quoting is sadly normalVery few players can reliably service larger brands, builders, PM groups or national networksYou’ll be:Starting with some existing relationships & brand presenceLargely building the B2B side from scratchBacked by:A strong track record in AdelaideQuality work that actually deliversSocial proof (photos, reviews, case studies) and a solid operations teamWe know B2B relationships take time — that’s why we’ve built in KPI bonuses in your first 6 months while the pipeline is warming up.🚀 Where It LeadsWe’re planning to scale Surface Rescue across Australia (Spring 2026)If you deliver, this role can grow into:SA Sales Manager / State BDM Lead, leading a team and owning the statePotential national role as we expand into new markets (Sales Manager / BDM Lead / similar)You’re not fighting for scraps.
