Featured in Harper Bazaar, Glamour, Forbes, Town & Country and Marie Claire and sold in Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdales and Babylist.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Influencer Growth Manager to help execute our influencer marketing strategy. This role will focus on developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns, sourcing and recruiting influencers, and relationships with content creators.Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns across all creator tiers who align with our brand, audience, and performance goals.- Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, relationship management, testing, and performance measurement.- Build and nurture strong relationships with creators and ensure deliverables meet expectations and timelines.- Experience with managing a monthly influencer budget and scaling campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment of influencer initiatives with overall marketing efforts.Qualifications- 3+ years of influencer marketing experience at an agency or wellness/DTC brand.- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.- Full-time or part-time role
