We combine creativity and strategy to deliver impactful results for leading brands.Job Summary:The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and managing influencer campaigns across social media platforms, from selecting influencers to ensuring campaign success. The role also includes leading the PR team and overseeing all influencer-related activities.Responsibilities:Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers that align with brand objectives.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.Collaborate with the creative and client teams to develop campaign briefs and concepts.Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and new marketing opportunities.Manage influencer databases and ensure accurate campaign documentation.Supervise team members and ensure smooth workflow within the department.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Analytical mindset with experience using campaign tracking tools.
