Information Technology Project Manager

Role: Project Manager Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Remote Role Overview:The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing messaging solution projects across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, RCS, AI-drivenautomation, and other messaging technologies. This role ensures that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives, maintaining efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while optimizing communication workflows.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and manage strategic project plans, using logical framework approaches.● Oversee project implementation, communication, and monitoring to ensure seamlessexecution.● Maintain project deadlines, objectives, and stakeholder communications.● Ensure that all project information, updates, and documentation are recorded and easilyaccessible.● Identify and define project goals, scope, and requirements in alignment with businessneeds.● Track, forecast, and report on project progress, including key metrics and potentialchallenges.● Monitor and analyze data to guide project direction and decision-making.● Ensure timely service deliveries and oversee the execution of key activities.● Stay up to date with industry regulations and legal requirements applicable to eachproject.● Facilitate collaboration between technical, product, and client teams to drive efficiency.● Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Deliverables:● Comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.● Accurate documentation and reports for internal tracking and client communication.● Performance tracking and insights, including project KPIs and areas for improvement.● Risk assessments and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.Required Qualifications:● Previous experience in project management or as a project analyst in a related field.● Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and data analysis.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.● Working knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and best practices.● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese isa plus).● Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and reporting skills.● Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet project deadlines.● Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
