This role will be responsible for leading efforts to develop content and resources to support the firm’s training and adoption goals for AI and other technologies , while e xecut ing a comprehensive content strategy to promote new technologies and innovation initiatives , a dvis ing the i nnovation team on best practices for content strategy, tone, and delivery across channels , and e nsur ing all materials adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and professional standards . This role will be located in either our New York, Chicago, or downtown Los Angeles offices. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Responsibilities & QualificationsOther key responsibilities include: Content Development & Communication Developing clear, engaging content for attorneys and internal stakeholders, including communications, thought leadership pieces, and messaging Preparing tailored informational materials for attorneys regarding best practices, use cases, and product guidance to enhance legal service delivery Translating complex technical and legal concepts into accessible, compelling narratives for various audiences Information Curation & Presentation Curating and synthesizing information from internal teams, external trends, and vendor materials into high-quality content for presentations, newsletters, and campaigns Preparing polished presentation materials for Innovation leadership to support meetings, pitches, and strategic discussions Presenting information and analysis on emerging technologies in a compelling, engaging, and informative manner Innovation Enablement & Advisory Support Enabling the advisory work of Innovation Attorneys across the firm to ensure consistency and scalability of their efforts Staying current on emerging technologies and innovation trends to inform timely, relevant content creation Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains We’d love to hear from you if you: Possess excellent writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely Demonstrate proven experience in content creation and strategy for professional audiences Exhibit strong presentation design skills and proficiency in PowerPoint And have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent, Juris Doctor (JD), preferably A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a law firm or legal technology company in a content marketing, customer success, training, sales engineering, legal engineering, or legal innovation role Benefits & Additional InformationSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
