Job Description

Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships through phone and email communications. They support the sales team by identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate Sales Quotes Creating quotesPrepare quote linesInterface with SE, SSRs for compatibility Ensure Bill of Material is validEnsure relation with SystemsSubmit and collect Scenario and Discount approvals when applicableReview and advise changes for Approval Justification written by salesEnsure parts compatibilityGenerate QuotesProvide the quotePrepare Order for Submission Ensure Perpetual M&S Contract is not expired for add-on salesEstablish Legal AgreementsCheck for existing agreements and create one if necessarySupport DMs for inputs on non-standard agreements Interface with Legal and other functionsArchive all contract paperworkValidate legacy agreements with LegalObtain counter signature for Standard AgreementsAssist in filling any Product Specific Templates required for license deliveryEnsure mandatory training is included in quotesEnsure Billed Customer has Credit & Payment TermProactive review and preparation of opportunities according to the close date and close stageEnsure SOW is part of the package when PS sold along with the licenseProactive End-to-End Deal ProcessingSubmit Orders Validate Completeness of Order PackageCreate and maintain Purchase Order Portals when related to Sales TransactionsObtain Revenue Recognition Approval when applicableSubmit Order Package to OFEnsure orders are processed and delivered/invoiced on timeHandle General License InquiriesLicense ResetsHandle General Sales InquiriesProcessing Temporary, Evals & NFR License RequestsTransfer of Customer Ownership (Novation)Handling of Reconfiguration RequestsHandling of Credit & RebillsDrive Incremental RevenueProactively send quotes when SaaS usage is projected to exceed the committed volumeSend quotes for SaaS volume overagesUpsell on training and Service Offering (CSM, 24x7)Drive Process ImprovementIdentify and log improvements and suggestionsCPQ SME for SalesUtilize AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, documentation automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standardsRequired SkillsProven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role in enterprise software salesUnderstanding of sales performance metrics and CRM softwareStrong organizational and multitasking skillsCustomer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitudeFluent language skills in EnglishSkills in prompting AI systems and assessing output qualityAbility to leverage AI to ideate, develop and scale to the needs of the departmentRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementExperience with SaaS products and ServicesTungsten Automation Corporation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disabled/VetsWhile the job description describes what is anticipated as the requirements of the position, the job requirements are subject to change based upon any changing needs and requirements of the business.
