With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.About The Role.As the Sales Director for Food Service & Local QSR, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities for Central Europe. You will lead a team ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the successful implementation of sales strategies. Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Director for Food Service & Local QSR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the food service industry.This role could be based in: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Czechia.What You’ll Be Doing.Planning & prioritizationContribute to scope planning & budget/forecast Translate country plans into CE level execution plans Review objectives quarterly, provide direction to teams to execute cascading plans Identify and align resources to achieve plans – central, local and global Business knowledgeEnsure deep understanding of market / customer trends and leverage industry peer network to inform strategic decision makingDemonstrate comprehensive understanding of financial variables Customer developmentEvolve org. to align with customer needsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including local QSR chains, restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service providers.Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand market presence and increase sales opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and build networks within the food service industry.Key stakeholder collaborationRecognize when and how to engage other departments in business decisions or selling processCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.Driving resultsInspire and engage team with vision and clear directionConduct regular business reviews to ensure targets are met, resources are allocated Assess performance against objectivesProvide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to the Senior Sales Director.People developmentFosters trust and inclusion by listening first and showing humilityEmpowers our people through development, coaching and recognitionConduct annual performance reviews, talent reviews and career development exercisesWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferredProven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the food service industry, with a focus on local QSRStrategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategiesResults-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targetsStrategic mindset, with proven ability to analyze market trends and develop results-driven sales strategiesExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsKnowledge of local regulations and market dynamics within the food service industry is preferredStrong project and team management skills; able to balance multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsOutstanding oral and written communication skills; proficient English is essentialDemonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targetsMust be willing and able to travel within Central Europe and internationally as requiredBenefits Of The Role.Opportunity to be a part of a global iconic brand, fun and high performing teamA varied and responsible job in an effective and international team with flat hierarchiesCompetitive salary, company carSupport of the supervisor and team in professional adaptationLocal benefit (Health and Pension insurance)Partial working from home is possiblePositive work culture and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.Our purpose is grounded in building meaningful relationships.
