We are a fast-growing international SaaS company with offices in Hungary, Brazil, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Cyprus.Our product helps service businesses accept online bookings, automate operations, and grow revenue.Today, entrepreneurs in 81 countries already use our platform — and we’re just getting started.To support our growth in the EU market, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Budapest office.Your RoleYou will be responsible for full-cycle B2B sales — from first contact to closing — working with a proven product, a large lead base, and clear performance metrics.This role is ideal for someone who:enjoys active sales,wants real influence on income and sees sales as a profession, not just a job. ResponsibilitiesWork with cold and warm leadsRe-engage an archived database of 5,000+ previously unconverted leadsConduct online sales calls and live product demosIdentify client pain points and present tailored SaaS solutionsSell subscription plans to small and medium-sized businessesManage the entire deal cycle through KommoCRM, IP telephony, and structured sales processesConsistently achieve and exceed clear, realistic KPIsRequirements2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales / SaaS / IT preferred)Strong presentation and closing skillsConsultative sales mindset — ability to listen, ask the right questions, and build valueFluent RussianWorking English (international environment)Confident PC user; experience with CRM systems Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)Experience in SaaS, IT, or digital productsUnderstanding of subscription-based business modelsExperience working with international clients or EU marketsWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionTransparent bonus system directly linked to performanceReal opportunity to increase income through results, not tenureWorking Conditions & BenefitsModern, comfortable office in central BudapestFlexible working hours: 09:00–18:00 Free coffee & tea during the workday Friendly, young, international teamWork in a stable, fast-growing IT company
