RMG is Hiring Institutional Innovation Specialist.Experience: 7–10 yearsRole Summary:Support innovation initiatives, manage idea pipelines, and coordinate with teams to bring innovative ideas to execution.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation, Technology, or related fieldKnowledge of idea management platforms and innovation lifecycle processesExperience in prototypes development and proof-of-concept projectsStrong analytical and documentation skillsAbility to coordinate with multiple teams and track innovation KPIsExposure to design thinking and innovation techniques
