What You Can ExpectYou will manage complex patent and trademark portfolios across global jurisdictions while administering critical intellectual property (IP) systems. You'll collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to optimize docket workflows and annuity programs. Your work will directly support innovation by ensuring timely IP protection and recognition for inventors.About The TeamWe protect and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio across global markets. Our team collaborates closely with inventors, attorneys, and business stakeholders. We enable innovation by ensuring efficient IP operations and strategic portfolio management.ResponsibilitiesManaging comprehensive patent and trademark dockets across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with all critical deadlines and filing requirementsAdministering IPfolio as the primary system expert, configuring workflows and troubleshooting issues to enhance operational efficiencyCoordinating global annuity payment programs with service providers, conducting portfolio reviews, and reconciling budgetsOperating the inventor awards program by tracking disclosures, coordinating with Finance and HR, and communicating updates to stakeholdersBuilding relationships with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate communication and support IP strategy initiatives What We’re Looking ForDemonstrate 10+ years of patent paralegal experience managing large-scale IP portfoliosApply expert-level proficiency in IPfolio administration and workflow optimizationNavigate USPTO and international patent/trademark filing procedures across multiple jurisdictionsManage global annuity programs and coordinate with external service providersOrganize competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environmentsCommunicate effectively across technical, legal, and business stakeholdersBring experience from both law firm and in-house corporate settingsApply knowledge of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) procedures and vendor contract negotiationMinimumSalary Range or On Target Earnings:$73,300.00Maximum$169,500.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
