Each experience promotes personal growth, cultural understanding and global citizenship through teamwork, reflection and hands-on contributions.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Interim Mobility Manager to lead the delivery of our Bali-based group educational tours and mobility programmes. These programmes bring international students into real Balinese communities to learn through culture, sustainability, wellbeing, social enterprise and experiential activities.In this role, you’ll manage programme delivery end-to-end — coordinating logistics, supporting staff, building community relationships and ensuring groups have a safe, culturally sensitive and deeply meaningful experience. You will be a key leader on the ground, guiding teams, facilitating participant learning and upholding our commitment to ethical, community-led travel.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with people and is passionate about experiential education and global engagement.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme & Team ManagementLead delivery of all Think Pacific group programmes and educational toursManage staffing schedules, team roles and daily operationsOversee briefing weeks, team-building and village ceremoniesSupport Programme Coordinators & Leaders throughout deliveryFacilitate debrief sessions and resolve challengesTraining & DevelopmentDesign and deliver training for staff and participantsLead reflective sessions, coaching and performance supportProgramme DevelopmentStrengthen community partnerships and identify new collaboration opportunitiesSupport the development of new cultural and educational experiencesStaff & Participant SupportAct as a pastoral care lead for staff and participantsSupport with group dynamics, incidents and individual wellbeingHealth, Safety & Risk ManagementLead risk assessments and enforce safety protocolsCoordinate medical visits and emergency responsesUphold safeguarding standardsOperations CoordinationWork with the Operations Manager on logistics, accommodation and transportSupport homestay families and resolve concerns where needed✔️ About YouYou will thrive in this role if you have:Experience in operations, programme delivery, tourism, youth development or educationStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skillsHigh cultural sensitivity and ability to work in village/community settingsFluent English (Bahasa Indonesia an advantage)A calm, organised and proactive approach in fast-moving environmentsA passion for ethical travel, cultural exchange and global learning📩 How to ApplySubmit your CV + cover letter using the link below:👉 https://forms.gle/8GhU9EUgpdxqvdyt9🕒 Application Deadline: 30 November 2025
