This role is ideal for architects who can balance creativity with practicality, transforming properties into smart, cost-effective, and engaging living spaces. You will play a key role in reimagining compact spaces for co-living, student housing, hostels, and hotels — bringing designs to life in weeks, not years.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Transformation – Lead end-to-end revamp of leased/partner-tied properties into Zolo-branded living spaces.Design & Space Planning – Optimize layouts to maximize capacity and create engaging common areas while staying cost-efficient.Project Oversight – Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards across multiple parallel projects.Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.Innovation & Material Choices – Explore modular, sustainable, and cost-effective materials to scale across projects.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to align design with business needs.
