The show flat Designer will be responsible for creative designing, space planning, creating 3D SketchUp renders, construction and tender drawings, and selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for our Sales Galleries and show flats in Singapore and regionally.QualificationsSingaporeans and PR onlyProven skills in Space Planning and Construction DrawingsRelevant experience in Interior Design and FF&E selection and specificationProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and PhotoshopGood communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractorsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them forwardStrong attention to detail and ability to review and approve construction documentsDiploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is requiredExperience working on projects in hospitality, residential, and other large-scale projects is a plus
