You’ll lead end-to-end creative development—from concept to execution—driving brand-aligned, platform-optimized campaigns that resonate with audiences and perform.This role sits at the intersection of art, technology, and strategy. You’ll leverage AI creatively and responsibly, pushing the boundaries of generative tools while maintaining strong visual storytelling and brand integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual concept development for concurrent campaigns across social media and e-commerce.Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives, storyboards, and rapid prototypes to secure stakeholder alignment.Conceptualize and generate imagery using AI tools; lead prompt engineering, iteration, and refinement strategies.Guide AI-enhanced photography, defining lighting, composition, styling, and shot sequencing.Input into creation of social-first content: short-form video.Ensure brand consistency while tailoring creative for specific audiences, platforms, and placements.Manage timelines and priorities across multiple brands, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Optimize creative based on performance data, iterating quickly to improve engagement.Collaborate closely with designers, prompt engineers, and client service teams.Present and “sell” creative concepts through persuasive storytelling and clear rationale.Develop visual identity systems and campaign toolkits grounded in brand strategy and competitive insights.What You Bring (Mandatory) Minimum 3 years of Motion Graphics experience in advertising agencies or in-house creative teamsMinimum 2 year experience in creating social media content using motion graphicsAdvanced skills in Motion Graphics toolsVideo editing skillsWhat you bring (other skills)Experience with multiple consumer brandsExceptional eye for details, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across static and motion formats.Demonstrated ability to rapidly create social-first video and visuals end-to-end, from concept to publish, including aspect ratio adaptation and social cutdowns.Proficiency in AI-driven creative tools for video generation, with expertise in prompt crafting and iterative workflows.Experience managing multiple stakeholders, briefs, and deadlines without compromising quality.Portfolio demonstrating work across multiple brands, including social video, AI-assisted visuals, and photography direction.Familiarity with brand identity systems, campaign toolkits, color grading, retouching, and photo compositing.How to Apply:Singaporean and SPR need apply.Submit your resume and portfolio to mag@graphenesvc.com with the subject line:Motion Graphics Application – [Your Name]Include 8–12 portfolio pieces highlighting:2–3 social-first videos with a brief breakdown of your role.2–3 AI-assisted works with notes on prompts used and post-processing techniques.2–3 photography-led projects detailing lighting setup and shot direction.Salary Range:SGD3,500.00 to SGD4,000.00 per month.LocationSingapore, MacPhersonOnsite (Full-time 5 days)
