Job Description

• Degree from a recognized university • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience • good communication skills in English • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently • Ability to supervise and manage a team • Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage • Contract administration (SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract) • Good technical knowledge and strong detailing capability • Be familiar with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice remuneration will commensurate with your experience and qualification
