You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing concepts to life, and takes pride in delivering accurate, production-ready work. You excel in collaborative settings and enjoy seeing your designs transformed into real-world experiences.What You’ll DoSet up and prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across formats and outputs.Collaborate closely with production and account teams to translate creative concepts into print-ready and fabrication-ready files.Adjust layouts, graphics, and technical specifications based on material, printer, and fabrication requirements.Maintain organized file structures and clear version control across multiple active projects.Support the design team with visual assets, mock-ups, and presentation materials as needed.Work closely with internal departments—including graphic and structural design, print and fabrication, logistics, and installation—to ensure seamless execution of projects.Assist with revising artwork during production, addressing issues proactively to ensure quality and accuracy.Liaise with account managers and project managers to clarify design requirements, troubleshoot challenges, and meet project deadlines.Learn and grow within a hands-on environment focused on experiential marketing, events, and custom fabrication.What You Bring2–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in production design, large-format print, fabrication, events, or experiential marketing.Strong understanding of preparing artwork for production—including colour management, bleed, resolution, file setup, and material considerations.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with 3D or CAD software is an asset.A self-starter with excellent time-management and organizational skills, able to prioritize, problem solve and manage multiple deadlines.A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with designers, production teams, and account staff.Experience working with printers, cutters, substrates, and fabrication processes is an asset.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint; familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.A desire and willingness to learn, take on new projects and challenges to continue developing as designer.A college diploma or university degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Job DetailsFull-time, Monday–Friday (8:30am–4:30pm)Benefits available after a 3-month probationary periodThis is an in-office position
