Job Description

Primary ObjectivesThe Contract Management group is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from licensee on-boarding, contract negotiations, through contract amendments and renewals. This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing, Finance, Legal, Credit and Collections, ILS, etc), as well as Disney’s licensees. The group also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems, processes, and controls.Specific DutiesThe position will be primarily responsible for the following key functions under the direction of Contract Management Manager:Coordinate with the China Legal team and Stakeholders to route contracts for signature and Legal sealsScan contracts to .pdf and upload to shared drives following established file naming conventionsEmail scanned files to stakeholdersMail signed contracts to China's regional offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and TWDC Hong Kong office, based on contract’s management officeFile contract hard copies on site, following established processesRoutine administrative coordination and ad-hoc supportEducationFull-time student currently and throughout the internship period pursuing a bachelor/master's degreeProfessional QualificationsBasic Microsoft OfficeWork experience in a professional office environment would be considered a plusSpecific SkillsGood communication skills in English and ChineseAbility to work with confidential informationHighly professional client service orientedExcellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skillsHigh energy level; strong work ethic, willingness to learnWorking ScheduleCommit to work 3 days a week for at least 6 months
