About The RoleWe’re looking for a highly skilled Production Design Lead to join our in-house creative agency. This is a pivotal role responsible for executing and maintaining high-quality visual designs across a wide range of digital and print deliverables. You’ll lead a team of production designers, working closely with creatives, marketers, and developers to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and pixel-perfect execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the production design function within the in-house agencyOwn the execution and adaptation of creative concepts across digital and print formats including email and marketing collateralMaintain and evolve component libraries, templates, and design systems within FigmaEnsure quality control, consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpointsCollaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assetsOptimize and scale workflows for high-volume asset productionTrain and mentor junior production design artistsImplement best practices for file organization, version control, and handoff to developmentContribute to process improvement and tooling decisionsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualifications8+ years of experience in graphic or production design, preferably in an in-house agency or fast-paced creative team5+ years in a leadership or senior production design roleAdvanced English skills is required, all process will be 100% in EnglishExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflowsKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish across digital formatsProficient in implementation of ADA accessibility standards, particularly for email design.Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.Comprehensive understanding of templates, printing specs and press ready file prepComfortable working across digital and print formats.Experience working with design systems and component libraries.Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.Able to balance speed with precision and adapt to evolving priorities.A comprehensive online portfolio showcasing your strongest work, including examples relevant to email and direct mailEducation:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Marketing------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Communication & Creative Services------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Most Relevant SkillsPlease see the requirements listed above.------------------------------------------------------Other Relevant SkillsEnglish Language.------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity review Accessibility at Citi.View Citi’s EEO Policy Statement and the Know Your Rights poster.
