International Marketing Executive

One of our valued clients — a certified Sri Lankan manufacturer and exporter of premium organic coconut-based products — is expanding its global footprint. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate International Marketing Executive to join their export division and strengthen their presence across North America and Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow existing international buyer relationships (B2B).Identify and onboard new global distributors, importers, and private label clients.Develop marketing strategies and presentations aligned with brand export goals.Coordinate digital marketing activities for export markets (LinkedIn, email, trade portals).Prepare export quotations, proposals, and product portfolios for global clients.Communicate effectively with overseas buyers and work across multiple time zones.Collaborate with production and documentation teams to ensure on-time delivery.Participate in international exhibitions, virtual trade meetings, and brand promotions.Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience in the food manufacturing or export industry (coconut-based, spices, or FMCG preferred).Degree / Diploma in Marketing, International Business, or related field.Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.Willing to work flexible hours and manage overseas client communication.Age below 30 years.
