The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developingand executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increasesales. This position requires a creative thinker with excellent communication and analyticalskills, as well as a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.Key Responsibilities:• Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketingplans and campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email,print).• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive• Analyze campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization.insights.• Digital Marketing:• Promoting Software products to our target clients efficiently and effortlessly forbetter strategical relationship.• Improve client’s Business strategies by analyzing and understanding businessanalyses stand point.• Coordinating with clients to find seasonal benefits and expand strategies toenhance business outcome.• Manage website content and updates.• Reporting & Analysis:• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics(e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates).• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and results.• Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.• Budget Management:• Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets.• Track expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.• Collaboration:• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) toensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.Work with external vendors and agencies as needed.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience:• 3 + years of experience in a marketing role.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketingcampaigns.• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,social media management platforms, email marketing software).Skills:• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Preferred Qualifications (Optional):• Experience in Healthcare and E-Commerce Domain.• Experience with Specific Marketing Software/Tools.• Knowledge of Specific Marketing Techniques.Benefits:Ecosoft L.K Solutions (Private) Limited offers a competitive salary and benefits package,including:• Competitive salary commensurate with experience - 80,000 - 120,000 LKR.• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision).• Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays).• Retirement plan.• Professional development opportunities.• Other benefits - e.g., employee discounts, wellness programs.To Apply:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter tocareers@ecosoft.lk Please include "Marketing Executive Application" in the subject line.Equal Opportunity Employer:Ecosoft L.K Solutions (Private) Limited is an equal opportunity employer and values diversityat all levels.
