Role OverviewThe International Marketing Officer supports global marketing efforts by helping plan and execute marketing strategies across different international markets. The role focuses on localizing content, managing media and PR relationships, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and monitoring brand reputation. This position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are culturally relevant, effective, and aligned with business objectives while strengthening the company’s global brand presence.🚀 What You’ll Be DoingStrategy & Planning: Support the ideation of strategic initiatives and media planning at an international level for target markets.Localization & Execution: Operate and localize company communications and media plans to ensure content is culturally relevant, channel-appropriate, and effectively addresses business objectives in each country.Media Relations & PR: Be in charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, KOLs, and key partners in foreign markets.Brand & Crisis Management: Handle international public relations matters to enhance corporate image and branding, and strategically implement crisis communications when necessary.Performance Marketing Support: Support media and display ad operations, including basic optimization for Digital Ads (Meta/Google Ads), during campaign periods in international regions.Monitoring & Feedback: Monitor and help manage customer feedback and interaction across international media channels.Collaboration: Work across the team and external parties to produce effective marketing and sales support campaigns.Reporting & Analysis: Analyze results of PR & communication campaigns/efforts in international markets and prepare detailed reports for modification as necessary.Event Support: Assist in organizing online events and webinars targeting international audiences.🎯 What We’re Looking ForExperience: At least 1-3 years of experience in PR, Communications, or International Marketing in a related field.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field.Language Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken) are mandatory. Familiarity or knowledge of a target market language (e.g., Japanese, Vietnamese) is a significant advantage.Digital & Social Media: Solid experience in managing and utilizing social media channels (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) on an international or regional scale.Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key people or organizations internationally.Mindset: A creative mind partnered with the ability to find the best practical solutions in a multi-market environment.Industry Interest: Familiarity or keen interest in Finance and Investment media/products will be a distinct advantage.Adaptability: Ability to work and adjust effectively in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
