As our international footprint expands, we're looking for a International Sponsorship Sales Executive to help us drive revenue and long-term partnerships across our event portfolio.The OpportunityThis is a strategic sales role where you’ll be responsible for developing and closing B2B sponsorship deals with decision-makers from top-tier companies. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own sales cycle — from lead generation through to final negotiation and ongoing client relationships — with the backing of a strong brand and expert teams in production and marketing.What You’ll Be DoingTake full ownership of the sponsorship sales process: prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing dealsIdentify and connect with senior-level decision-makers in sectors such as technology, consulting, data, and professional servicesUnderstand client goals and align them with event sponsorship opportunities that deliver measurable ROIBuild customized sponsorship proposals that emphasize business impact, brand visibility, and networking valueExecute multi-channel outreach campaigns — email, calls, LinkedIn, and warm referralsMaintain clear sales documentation and pipeline updates in CRM toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure sponsor objectives are built into event agendasSupport sponsor success pre-, during, and post-event (e.g., booth planning, speaking slots, post-event follow-ups)Attend select events to nurture relationships and drive last-mile deal closuresWhat Great Performance Looks LikeStrong retention and repeat sponsorshipsConsistent delivery of (or overachievement on) monthly and quarterly revenue targetsHealthy balance between new business and account growthHigh-quality deals that align sponsor needs with event opportunitiesEfficient, repeatable sales process with accurate forecasting and clean CRM practicesPositive sponsor experiences that lead to testimonials, referrals, and long-term valueWhat You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in sponsorships, partnerships, sales or enterprise solutionsA history of closing complex, high-value deals (€10k–€100k+)Confident communicator with a strong presence on video calls and in boardroomsSkilled at asking the right questions, listening closely, and positioning value (not just features)Fluent in English (spoken and written)Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, digital sales tools, and remote collaborationSelf-driven, proactive, and highly accountable — especially in a remote working environmentBonus points if you’ve sold into sectors like life sciences, energy, infrastructure, or enterprise tech.
